Our service includes

  • Review your contract of sale and explain key terms, conditions, and important dates

  • Complying with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Rules (2025) legislation

  • Provide guidance on your obligations and highlight any risks early

  • Liaise with your lender, real estate agent, and the seller’s representatives

  • Conduct title searches and due diligence to ensure the property can be safely transferred

  • Prepare all legal documents required for settlement and arrange signing

  • Calculate adjustments for rates, taxes, and other outgoings

  • Apply eligible transfer duty concessions (e.g. first home buyer, off the plan concession)

  • Calculate, arrange and pay your transfer duty through Revenue Online on your behalf

  • Complete identity verification (VOI) requirements

  • Confirm funds are available and settlement figures are correct

  • Attend to settlement and ensure secure transfer of funds

  • Register the property into your name with Landgate

  • Provide confirmation once settlement is complete
